Services
I work with older teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward in this stage of life.
Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and build skills that make life feel more manageable and meaningful.
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth for clients in Texas.

What Sessions Are Like
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Sessions are a place where you can be honest, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and learn how to better understand yourself.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate psychoeducation so you can better understand what’s happening in your brain and body — and why certain patterns show up.
Sessions are structured but flexible, allowing space for reflection, skill-building, and real-life application.
This May Be a Good Fit If You:
Trauma & PTSD Therapy in Texas
I provide trauma-informed therapy for young adults who are navigating the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. This may include childhood trauma, relationship trauma, “not enough” emotional attunement, medical trauma, or events that still feel unresolved in your body.
Many clients come in feeling:
- On edge or easily triggered
- Numb or disconnected from their emotions
- Stuck in intrusive memories or flashbacks
- Overwhelmed by shame or self-blame
- Reactive in relationships without understanding why
- Exhausted from always bracing for something to go wrong
Trauma lives in the nervous system, not just in the story. Our work focuses on helping you gently process memories at a pace that feels safe, regulate your body’s stress response, and reduce reactivity so you can feel more present in your life now. Using trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR when appropriate, we work toward integration rather than avoidance.
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth for clients in Texas.

Anxiety & Depression Counseling in Texas
I provide therapy for young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or a persistent sense of being stuck. Sometimes this looks like racing thoughts and constant worry. Other times it shows up as shutdown, low motivation, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
Many clients come in feeling:
- Anxious or on edge most of the time
- Caught in spirals of overthinking
- Easily overwhelmed by daily stress
- Drained, unmotivated, or numb
- Hard on themselves and filled with self-doubt
- Unsure how to feel better, even when they “know the tools”
Our work focuses on understanding what’s happening beneath the symptoms. We’ll explore patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build practical tools that help you function day-to-day while also addressing deeper roots. Therapy is not just about coping — it’s about helping you feel more steady, clear, and aligned with who you want to be.
All sessions are offered via secure telehealth for clients in Texas.
