Hi, I'm Lori Cyr.
I grew up in a small Louisiana town, studied education, and discovered I’m most at home helping people understand themselves. I believe truth and courage are what heal us: noticing what’s really happening inside, and taking the next right step with support.
Many of the clients I work with are adolescents and young adults carrying complex childhood experiences—sometimes obvious, sometimes the “not enough good” kind. Anxiety, depression, panic, nightmares, religious pressure, family conflict, or medical conditions can stack up and make life feel chaotic. You may be bright and capable and still wonder, “Why can’t I calm down?”
